In January 2009 we installed the newest range of Pulse Fitness equipment. ToneZone is Pulse Fitness’ flagship Gym for the Republic of Ireland showcasing the latest sports equipment on the market. All Cardio machines come with personal TV screens featuring all of the latest sports channels and major games, music channels, news and soap time for those who want to keep updated while you work out.
We have the exclusive Smart Card system were your personal programme is installed on your private card and viewable on all our machines as you work out. No workout cards needed. The cards hold all the information and the machines tell you what to do next, what intensity to work at and even counts your weights and repetitions. If you’re in a slimming club it will count your points too!!!!

With an easy-to-use interface, it enables ToneZone’s staff to communicate with members on a regular basis and review feedback on many factors including equipment and facility usage.
We have also added a new free weights floor area with everything you need to shape, build or tone the body, from the smallest dumbbells to the largest weights, and they are all brand new too. Created in conjunction with the IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) and BiMal, London’s top medical and sports rehabilitation clinic, the range features converging axis technology to replicate the body’s natural 3-dimensional movement. The equipment incorporates training-by numbers and it’s designed for compatibility with Pulse Smart Card gym management software.
