A minimum of 3 people needed for a class to commence.
No admittance to class 5 minutes after start time.

Spinning & Abs
Typically 45-60 Minutes, a no impact work-out that really works those bums, thighs and pushes your heart and lungs to new limits using studio bikes. It’s motivational and no co-ordination is required. All classes are worked of a heart rate monitoring system. Please see the Activio information on our website.
Lunchtime Spin called Spin Express and is for those who can escape the office for half and hour midday and re-energize for the rest of your working day
Rock Hard Abs
Rock Hard Abs are designed to strengthen and condition the back and blast the abs into action. Suitable to beginners and advanced. 30 minutes s concentrating on core strength stability and developing that six pack
45 minutes of aerobics is a class designed to burn maximum calories using a platform and incorporating choreography.
Begin 2 Step
A 30 minute class ideal for new steppers.
Pump and Tone
A 45 minute class that will tone, sculpt and define the body while using free weights.
Boxercise is based on a circuit format, including pad and bag work, improving specific skills such as balance, co-ordination, speed. A very energetic class. Click on video below for more information.
Circuits is an interval based class that’s fast paced and is perfect for all levels of fitness. No co-ordination involved and will develop all areas of fitness in just 45 minutes.
This is a fun new class for all ages and fitness levels. It is done on a small trampoline and is a no-impact cardio-vascular workout. You might feel like you are 12 years of age again !
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
(HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 9–20 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Click on video below for more information on HIIT.
Cardio strength training-
Circuit based training session with a mixture of Aerobic, Anaerobic and LME exercises. This is for all levels unless stated. Please note ADVANCED is for those who have been attending the class for some time and are looking for an extra challenge. Beginners are not advised to attend.

Optional Pay Classes
This class is formatted specifically to strengthen, condition and develop your tummy and core muscles. A superb class and tailored to every fitness level from the beginner to the elite. Book with the Membership Team in advance. Improvers MUST have done Pilates prior to attending. Any one with back issues need to gain clearance from your GP.

Transform Our weekly transform class is to sculpt your body into the way you choose, using healthy and realistic goals be it for that special wedding day, or training for an event, we can give you nutritional advice, a fitness assessment and an exercise program, give your BMI (Body Mass Index) and also if you attain your goal we will give you one months FREE membership to the National Aquatic Centre.
Tummy Money- This is an incentivized program for the 9 weeks running up to Xmas. It’s our own biggest loser for the Christmas rush. This will be run by Chris and Sue Kelly. This is limited to 15 people and costs €30 per head. For this you will get, two 30 min classes & body fat taken every 2 weeks. Food diary’s and nutritional advice. Whoever loses the most body fat wins 50%. Second gets 30% third 20% in vouchers for Blanchardstown shopping centre. Everyone is a winner. Lose this post Christmas belly/body fat and gain fitness.
