As an existing member we appreciate your loyalty and custom.

We aspire to make each visit to ToneZone at the National Aquatic centre a memorable experience.

ToneZone enjoys one of Ireland highest retention ratios in the leisure industry.  This is down to our members working closely with our staff to always aim to improve standards, levels and services at our facility.

• We listened when Members requested a new Gym and delivered this at the start of 2009
• We listened when Members asked for new Spinning bikes and we delivered this in December 2008
• We listened when Members asked for a choice for Personal Training and delivered this in February
• We listened when Members asked for dedicated Swimming Training for Triathlons and delivered this in February

Through our dedicated team and through our Customer Comment card system we try to take on board as much feedback as we can from our Members.

Further when renewing this year we have frozen your rates to reflect our 2008 price list.

We have Gym Challenges coming, Outdoor Training coming in the summer and more Open Diving in the Summer…plus more
