ToneZone is Pulse Fitness’s flagship gym for the Republic of Ireland showcasing the latest sports equipment on the market. All cardio machines come with personal TV screens featuring all the latest sports channels, major games, music channels, news and soap time for those who want to keep updated while they work out.

Installed in the ToneZone area is an exclusive Smart Card system where your personal programme is installed on your private card and viewable on all machines as you work out. No work out cards needed! Your card holds all the information needed and the machines tell you what to do next, what intensity to work. They even count your weights and repetitions. And, if you are in a slimming club, it will even count your points too!

ToneZone also features the Activio Fitness System exclusively in Ireland. Activio is the leading tool for individuals and teams to get heart rate monitoring feedback during group training thus making exercise more motivational, fun and effective. Activio gives instant training feedback. The system is used by the Irish Rugby Team, Arsenal FC, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea – so you are in good company.

ToneZone offers over 40 free classes weekly. All classes are adaptable for beginners, intermediate and advance levels as everyone works out at their own intensity levels.
