ToneZone, at the National Aquatic Centre, Abbotstown, is a top class Health club and gymnasium which features all the latest cardio-vascular and resistance equipment, fitness studio and a dedicated Spinning room. It also incorporates sauna, steam room and spa relaxation. Above all it is staffed by a team of committed professionals with years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry.

Recognising that we live in a busy world ToneZone opens midweek from 6am to

10pm, and at weekends from 8am to 8pm, to cater for all lifestyles.

ToneZone was fully refurbished from top to bottom in 2009 with all new Pulse Fitness equipment making it the newest equipped Gym in Dublin.

ToneZone staff listen carefully to what its members want and has put together a wide range of programmes to suit everyone. Classes range from spinning, bootcamp, step, powerpump, boxercise, kick boxercise, circuit training and rebounding to many many more. Yoga and pilates are also offered as part of the schedule.

ToneZone is fully air conditioned, spacious and with great morning views - work out with breathing space !!
